I don't even do the gym. I walk A LOT. I do 50 easy without working out, but I do juggle for a living. I don't really gain or lose weight.
I do upper body 3 times a week and lower body 3 times a week
Im just a kid and i wanna do more pull ups i can already do 30 push ups
I'm on my weight loss journey and I just purchased jump ropes for the fam!
I can do 25 good pushups but i bench 225lbs... i dont think his numbers make sense

I believe this is accurate.i can tell whos been training and who hasnt by pushups. Im an example myself. The most ive been able to do was 50 without pushing to muscle failure but overtime i did less workouts and 50 turned to 30, then 30 turned to 15 then back up to 25 now that im getting back into doing them so its accurate

Terrible spotting that’s why it resulted in that way. The spotter should be literally squaring with u and like damn near touching each other and his arms wrapped around the chest to support ur chest upwards
14 years old and doing 45 push ups. Is that ok? I am working on my tricep now, to be able to do a muscle up, because i can easily do 12 pull ups but i can't press myself up.
If anything you not understanding full body makes you sound like a beginner. With full body you get to train your muscles 3x a week man!

I can do one-arm pushups but my max reps for normal pushups is only 40. You can be strong but not endurant and you can also be endurant but not strong. depends how you train
